This is my first time having pet insurance and we ended up needing it after our car got attacked. I submitted the claim the weekend of 3/2 and got notification it was being paid on 3/24. The breakdown of what was being paid and why was very clear and easy to understand. My only critique is I qoupd have appreciated a more upfront estimate timeline so I knew how long to expect to wait regarding a decision on approval or not.
