Pets Best shows to be a consumer reports best pick. Can't do much better than that. However, my complaints are, they are slow to pay and their customer communication is almost non existent. They fail to keep you apprised of the decisions on your claim. I have gone 4-t weeks waiting on reimbursement. They do finally pay, but reasons for delays would be appreciated.
