Since I adopted my puppy in November of 2023, she has been to the vet and emergency room several time. Fortunately, we have Pets Best. They paid most of the claims, especially all the major accident and illness. The only ones not covered were some wellness claims and vaccines that we didn't know were not covered. Overall, I would recommend Pets Best.
