Long wait time on claims to find out nothing is covered. Deductable on covered things when more than the deductable has been paid already, Not sure how beneficial, after meeting the deductable, insurance will be as we have a long road ahead with diabetes, blindness, glocoma and possible surgery now. Same with all pet insurance but fortunate to have it. Worth the purchase.
