I have had two claims total with them a
nd not too much trouble with either one. One of them did get denied because they needed more information but was eventually paid and I could see why they were a little confused. Recently had one paid with no problem. I think if you're careful about putting in all of the information that they need and submitting the appropriate receipts and vet details, you should have no trouble
