Still unhappy with this company! Claims take a very long time to process and they are too quick to deny a claim without even asking a question. When you call to ask questions you can never speak to the claims adjuster, just a service rep with canned responses that they will forward your concern back to claims. This is a highly process that can be extremely frustrating and stressful. Further, adding invoices to existing and not yet completed claims is not possible on line so a NEW claim has to be opened each additional invoice.
