I've had to call 4 days to resolve a very simple issue. I have spoken to two CS reps. who have been kind in their calls but lack actual concrete knowledge as to how to fix the situation. Both giving me completely different information. The last one, 'Richard', did not listen to what the issue actually was an was intense and condescending in tone when explaining an idea that doesn't actually fix the issue.
