Every claim I have submitted has taken a very long time to process. I just feel that It shouldn't take a whole month to process a claim that is very simple. I'm unsure to why I always have to reach out to the vet to get additional information. I thought that it was the insurance responsibility to do so. My monthly payment for the service is always paid on time, and would just appreciate things being completed in a more timely manner.
