Overall I am happy with PetsBest. Last year my wellness claim was paid within a week or two. However, this year it is taking a long time for my claim to be reviewed and paid. It was a wellness exam and because we had one Rx it is still pending payment. The Rx will not be paid because of the deductible. It has been over 3 weeks.
