Very professional, knowledgeable associates. Claim processing time is good, and I do appreciate the facts that the very large claims are processed faster.
I don't understand why the Sales Tax is not covered though, and I have been told that Trupanion covers Rx food, which PetsBest does not do. Unfortunately, those bills run up very fast, and it is too late for me to switch because of the preexisting condition. Trupanion also locks the premium rate in, but PetsBest does not, and the increases happen often.
