We have had nothing but problems with claims. Our Reggie takes 2 medications. One we order from the vet the other we have to get from a regular Pharmacy. You get the same paper work when you pick up a prescription like for you and me.
I get back from PetsBest we need 1) an invoice,2) why didn't you take your pet to a vet 3) there is not enough info for proof payment & 4) some of the info was obscured.
Answer:
1) there is NO INVOICE it's a refill of his medication At CVS PHARMACY of course there is no invoice
2) Because it's a REFILL of his medication he didn't need to see a vet cause there was a refill for 1 refill. I CANT GET his medication at the vets office
3) I tracked down our credit card statement where we paid for his medication. But that's not good enough what do they want my first born.
4) NONE OF THE INFORMATION WAS OBSCURED.!!!!
We've already been ripped off by them once they refused to reimburse us even though I kept sending in what they wanted, but it wasn't good & put on our baby's file we refused to send in the info. It just erks me they won't be specific as to what is missing.
