Pets Best has been very quick at paying my claims and has not denied much. My only issue is that the prices keep raising quite a lot. My dog is 7 and I have had the insurance for 6 years. My monthly rate has gone up from around $30 per month to now $70 per month. This year was around a 20% price raise and they had requested NJ allow them to raise prices by 65.1%!!!! I am not pleased by these price raises but cannot go to any other company due to my dog's conditions which would now be co sidereal pre-existing by other insurances. So I will continue on with Pets Best and hope they do not continue to raise prices so drastically.
