I have no complaints and no issues, but I am rating 4/5 stars because it’s too late to add acupuncture and physical therapy to my insurance. It was explained to me that this option must only be decided within the first 30 days of initially purchasing the insurance. That is a shame. When my dog was a puppy his health was excellent but now that he’s getting older some issues are starting to occur with his bones that weren’t discovered when he was a puppy. I would love to be able to take him to physical therapy but I cannot afford it if insurance does not cover it. How can you tell if a healthy puppy will need acupuncture or physical therapy later in life? You cannot. That’s my only issue.
