The claim process was fairly quick. I submitted a claim and it was approved two days later. My only complaint is that the annual maximum wellness amount is very low. I have the most premium plan, Best Wellness, and it only covers $50 a year for any wellness exams. That just means that I will only be reimbursed $50 for one exam at the vet per year. After that, I will have to pay for all exams out of pocket, and we all know how expensive that can be.
