Their prices seem somewhat reasonable, but what I don't like is that I have three dogs with them and I don't get a discount, only for two dogs and it's just a few dollars discount wise. They are pretty good about getting your claim processed quickly if it's a Wellness claim but if it's like a spay or anything other than Wellness it takes forever. It took over a month for both of my girls to be reimbursed, actually it was almost 60 days. That is not acceptable. I will be shopping around as I need the best insurance possible for my three girls and to not have to pay so much money on a monthly basis.
