After doing some research on other insurance companies I feel that Pets Best covers more and reimburses more. However, I have 4 out of 5 stars because claims take a long time to be reviewed/processes often outside window that they give you. Also my coverage for my dog went up $30 which is a bit much in my opinion from one year to the next.
