Pets Best is good at offering flexible and customizable policies for pets of all ages, breeds, sizes, backgrounds. The premium prices are fair and can be paid automatically by the month. I'm not impressed with the speed of their process in dealing with claims, and the refusal of some claims. The most recent claim I made paid out $0.02. Yeah, you read that correctly. Other claims were handled more in line with what I expected, though the time frame is still longer than other companies I've worked with. Still, during my dog's first year of life, the puppy package was extremely helpful and paid out as expected.
