Pets Best was the best deal when I decided to get it for my dog, but in the years since they have increased the mo they rate to an absurd amount. I spoke to several customer care representatives and no one was able to give me a real reason why. Be careful what pet insurance you choose - because you are locked in!
Although I don’t appreciate the monthly rate, Pets Best is reliable, easy to use, and does not try to pick apart my claims. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend based on the frequent price increases, but I would not NOT recommend.
