I think the insurance itself and coverage for my dog is great. My only concern is the length of time it takes for my claims to be reviewed and processed. Sometimes it takes entirely too long for claims to be reviewed. For example, I had three claims submitted. The newest/recent claim was processed within a couple days. Whereas, my first claim is still waiting to be processed and it’s been over 3 weeks. It doesn’t quite make sense.
