If I could give less than one star, I would. I know the policy says up to 40 days, but when PetsBest sends 2 "we're sorry" emails that's too much. When it takes 36 of the 40 days to process a simple claim when you have all the information, then something is messed up. I was faced with a choice to try to save my pet's life and put my finances in disarray because PetBest was uber uber slow with paying a claim and I chose to put my finances on the line. No pet parent ought to be asked to do that when they have insurance. I am cancelling as soon as the latest claim is processed.
