1. Too long of wait to talk with a representative 2.
When filing a claim a ythi g past 5 days is too long to wait let alone typically takes pets best more than 3 weeeks just to look at it ,let alone adjudicate it! Past insurance timely less than week and answer phone less than 10 minutes vs Pete’s best over 35 minutes and not the first time of above !!!!
