Overall pretty happy with the service they provide. My most expensive claim was approved, however, it took almost 2 months after I submitted my claim for them to make a decision and start the payout process. I called multiple times and spoke to multiple people trying to get this resolved. My main takeaway is that the staff need to have some kind of universal training. Every person I talked to told me something different and I had to ask for a manager to help me get this resolved in the end. I was often on hold for 30-50 minutes while they were trying to figure out what was going on. Alyssa Jones was fantastic and I’m convinced she’s the only reason this claim was resolved, thank you.
