I have been with this company for 3 years now, it's been easy to file a claim and pretty quick to get reimbursed the first year or so and I had zero complaints. Then I noticed after the merge with the other company that wait times for reimbursement increased considerably and then I recieved the bill for renewal and it has increased by almost $200. Ridiculous!
