The insurance is good coverage and I've been using them for years. Submitting claims is simple. However the processing time has increased dramatically. My claims used to be processed within 1-2 weeks. Now it's over 5 weeks and this isn't great when you need the money to pay the credit card bill you used to pay the vet.
