I really liked this insurance in the beginning.
Very efficient & coverage was good.
Now there is a deductible that everything is taken out of & I’m still waiting for 2 claims which was made in June. One dog didn’t have covers for her heart worm med & I have been doing the same thing every year. It was covered before AND I didn’t change my coverage for both dogs!
I need to look at my coverage again online. If nothing can be done to go back to how your service was then I will use this year to find another service.
