Filed an injury/illness claim for the first time ever after three years of owning the policy. Claim was about $850 total, with $500 of that being the deductible due. Filed claim on June 27, they did not finish processing it until August 7. They sent four generic apology emails in the interim saying sorry for the delay but not offering any explanation as to why. In the end they reimbursed the remaining ~$350, but the amount of time it took seemed very unreasonable compared to how quickly they process the wellness plan claims.
