(1) communication is extremely difficult, time on hold to speak with an associate ranges from 20 minutes to close to 30! (2) emails sent from Pets Best regarding submissions contradict each other; for example: one email will acknowledge receipt of documents while the next one will state documents are still outstanding and then the cycle repeats! Very frustrating and unprofessional. I am considering canceling my policy due to lack of efficient communication. With so many insurances now available for pets, it is not necessary to put up with frustrating office inefficiency.
