I had to get another policy due to the previous policy I had the wrong card info on file. My dog has been having eye issues and had to see our normal dr I get a email that says it’s not covered casue it’s a pre existing condition. I had the same dr as before and health issues now it’s not covered?? I will be cancelling my policy. I even called in and explained things
