I have had a very high opinion of his insurance option from the beginning. Very user friendly, great app and accepted by my vet! Check, check and check. The only note I'd make, is that I got lower returns for tech appointments but I wasn't notified of this consequence beforehand and I am not responsible for picking who sees my dog, so that sucked a bit. BUT, I will just have to be more demanding at my vet's and I shouldn't have an issue in the future.
