They've been ok for some things, but also denied payment on annual vaccines because I got them 11ish months after the last round, instead of waiting a full year. (I did this so my dog would be current on his vaccines so I could board him while I traveled out of country.)
They also told me that some treatment for a tooth my dog recently broke was not covered because they somehow determined that this happened before the start of my policy, which was over a year ago...? They haven't explained this one to me yet.
