Took over 40 days to tell me they needed 4 months of vet meds from 5 years ago, then closed my claim. Sent in the meds and they “reopen the claim” by giving it a new claim number and reset the clock for another 3 week delay. The entire process took 3 months. I called in to speak with a licensed adjuster and was told no. The only person I could talk to was an unlicensed producer. She gave me details about my claim and avoided answering question. All of which is illegal and she was unlicensed, in any state, to discuss claims. Pet insurance needs to be regulated or companies and processes like this will continue to collect premiums and do their best to avoid paying. By the time us was done they collected more in premium then they paid our, which I believe was the goal from the beginning. Delay delay delay. Horrible service
