Overall the process for submitting claims is normally quick. Assuming they use some A.I. that really expidites the process if the invoices are clear. However, there have been times where I've submitted invoices that were not super clear and required human intervention. In those cases, the system is very rigid. I still have outstanding money owed to me, despite a representative telling me to simply submit some additional documentation via email. I'm still waiting.
