Prior to the last month, I would have given five stars, but I am increasingly becoming disappointed with how quickly customer service and claims have declined. I am now having to file appeals for items that I know are covered (and have been previously paid out!!) but have been denied this time - and without explanation as to why! I am not sure if you have new people that are not properly trained or what the issue is, but I have always spoken so highly of Pets Best only to be severely let down recently. I have been a client for 8 years and this is now how I’m being treated? It’s not right.
