Have the policy for 11 years now. Very happy with customer service and options to change coverages at renewal.
However, Processing claims for reimbursements take too long most times.
Premiums do increase substantially as pet ages. At this point it is almost unaffordable but too nervous to cancel policy..: God forbid diagnosed with a serious disease. So kinda stuck at this point paying the premium.
