It takes much too long to get a claim paid out. And when there’s a denial, there’s never a really satisfactory answer. I hate to leave Pets Best seeing how I’ve been here for seven years, but customer service is a real big thing for me and, you all are striking out continually. I’m not interested in being contacted. Communication was through email And telephone. As always, your chat option is of no help. However, you are not alone in this regard.
