I should have read more thoroughly when getting pet insurance with Pets Best and that’s my fault. Their customer service is very polite which I appreciate but that’s after I waited on hold to speak to someone about my claim, for 45 minutes.
I had a total bill of $580.00 from my vet for my cat getting sick on July 15th. Of that $580.00, I only got $160.00 back due to deductibles and co-pays, a month later, and even though the claim is approved, I still haven’t received a direct deposit for it. I pay $59.00 a month and have paid well over $600.00 already just in the monthly insurance charge. So to me, it doesn’t seem feasible or worth it.
