When you call a Vet no information appears on the screen, so he/she has no idea who is calling and a lot of people just dont answer if they don't regignize the incoming phone number !!!
Additionally how is our Vet supose to call Pets Best when the hold times are sooooo looooooong.
Last correspondence I was on hold over 15 minutes ... !
