I’ve been a pets best customer for 2 years. I have (luckily) never had to submit a claim, meaning PETS BEST has never had to pay a cent out for my pet. I cancelled my policy last month and they are continuing to charge me for another month because I selected “at renewal” instead of immediately (didn’t even see this option.) After speaking with their customer service (Linda) and an account manager (failed to get her name unfortunately) they were unhelpful and rude. Don’t ever expect them to have a heart and help you after paying for a service you never even used. Biggest scam of a company I will NEVER RECOMMEND them to anyone.
