We called and spoke with someone in customer service who instructed us on what they needed to complete our claim. We then saw that they needed addition information. We again called and spoke a man who was rude and not helpful. We then called back a third time, spoke with Janet who was so nice and helpful. All information was in the system just needed to be attached to the correct claim as they had split the claim up. Fingers crossed!
