My puppy fell ill and we had some vet bills. My friend, who had suggested PetsBest, had told me they are quick and efficient. They were anything but. I have had to call in multiple times. The problem is they kept sending emails indicating they need "more" information, but being that I had 4 claims, when they would email me and ask for "more", they never told me which claim they were referring to or what "more" they were requesting. So I had to keep calling in to find out what they were talking about. I had four claims, and weirdly they kept requesting for a fifth number, which even on their web site, there was no record for. It now appears that finally everything is straightened out, and hopefully moving forward. It just seemed like it was way more confusing, complicated and time consuming than it needed to be.
