I wish I knew how aggravated and frustrating it would be dealing with pets best before I signed my dogs policy 3 years ago. It's been nothing but hassles, excessively long wait time for claims, payments that never go through and have to wait longer for my money back. The customer service is horrible and has gone downhill, reps do virtually nothing to help you. You get conflicting answers which makes things so much more stressful when they don't need to be. I have all my pets documention, medical records and always submit everything needed for a claim. The claim process is absolutely horrible and is wildly inconsistent. Some claims take almost 60 days, most take 40+ days, and now I'm not being paid for claims that have been approved. My current claim is said to be approved and the payment sent to my bank but I never got the deposit. It's been 6 days I still never got it, pets best sends me a confirmation but my bank can't confirm it they have no record of any deposit or anything pending. I now am out all the money from this claim as I never got it in my bank account. Im not letting this go and pursuing this to the fullest. I also have another claim pending directly related to this one which still hasn't been approved. I WANT MY MONEY BACK YOU OWE ME.
