I have never regretted investing in pet insurance and recommend it all the time! The very first year I had it, my older dog needed surgery for cancer and my younger dog needed to get neutered. It covered very well for both!
I do wish, when it came to end of life that there was better coverage. It's the absolute hardest thing we do with our pets, and after a lifetime investment in insurance, it would be nice if there was more support then (euthanasia was covered, but cremation was not).
