It took over 30 days to hear back about our claims. Whenever we tried calling, we’d have to wait on hold for well over 10 minutes. Once we finally received an email about our claim, we were told that the $80/month plan that we pay for doesn’t cover any routine procedures or medicine that our dog needed and we paid over $700 for. This is extremely frustrated and we will most likely be getting rid of Pets Best, especially since I specifically had out vets office read our coverage plan based on what we pay for and they thought we would also be covered for everything from the visit. I would not recommend this pet insurance to anyone after what we’ve gone through.
