I’ve been a PetsBest customer for the past year. Reimbursements are VERY slow, taking about a month to receive. Customer service is almost non existent, often receiving generic information back when requesting a timeframe for reimbursement. The app rarely works, to get any account information I have to log on through the web site. If I wasn’t already established and didn’t worry about switching insurance companies due to “pre-existing” factors, I would have switched to someone else.
