I have been satisfied with the service provided under my policy. Claims have been paid fairly according to the terms of coverage, with clear explanations provided. Communications with the company have been by email, telephone, and live chat, always with satisfactory results. My only reason for not giving five stars is that it seems to take an inordinate amount of time for even simple claims to be processed.
