The coverage is great and has been a lifesaver for us! When our labradoodle broke his leg at just 8 months old, we racked up a lot in vet bills. Pets Best reimbursed us a great deal! Then when Moose chewed up a Christmas wreath and ingested the metal wire, we racked up another $5k in vet debt. Once again, Pets Best saved our butts with a large reimbursement. We’ve been extremely grateful for his pet insurance. The only thing that I could complain about is the amount of time the claims process takes. When we first enrolled in Pets Best, it was about a 2 week turn around. But for the past 2 years, it takes over a month for our claim to be processed. Though the wait is frustrating for sure, the reimbursement is definitely appreciated!
