For the most part Pets Best will pay for your qualified claims, but when they think they can find a loophole in paying for something they will absolutely not cover it. When they make a mistake in processing it is a pain in the ass to get them to correct it and pay you out even when the incident is covered under your plan. It seems that they do not take great notes after a conversation because you are constantly repeating yourself with each new representative you speak to. Plus there rates are ridiculously high even when you have your deductible set high and their rates do change yearly without much notices. This may be a california thing but I pay a lot every month for just accident and illness... Lastly my dog past away I called to have her coverage removed from my account and the cancellation request sat in canellations for over a month. in the meantime they kept charging me for her coverage.
