PetsBest is a staple pet insurance company. Their online portal and benefits are very easy to navigate and easily findable online. Their claims process is straight forward. I would rate them 5-star, but they recently increased our monthly rates 30% across the board. I wasn't provided a reason for the increase, but I plan on reaching out to them to learn more.
