So annoying and condescending to sit on hold and be repeatedly told by a robot that "Did you know you can manage your account online?" when the website specifically tells me to call the number because it does not allow what I am calling about, hence why I am calling the number. 24% increase in premium between 2023 and 2024, and only told that the way to decrease the premium was to drop coverage... you know, the reason I am getting insurance in the first place. Y'all and other companies with terrible customer support are the reason I am turning into a Karen.
