My claim was denied because “ we need an itemized receipt”. It was an itemized receipt. I highlighted that so it would be seen as such and resubmitted. Then it was denied for being highlighted. I resubmitted the original version that was said they needed to be itemized. It was approved. I find your company much harder to work with and much slower on claim approval and payout than the other company I use for a different per(a pet you denied even though she had no diagnosis for a issue ). I’m grateful I have pet insurance but sometimes wish I’d started my puppy with a different company than yours.
